Attock Refinery Limited (ARL) was incorporated as a Private Limited Company in November, 1978 to take over the business of the Attock Oil Company Limited (AOC) relating to refining of crude oil and supplying of refined petroleum products. I have Performed Here as a Mechanical Technician.

Complete Maintenance of Centrifugal & Reciprocating pumps

Complete Maintenance of Air compressors

Maintenance of Heat Exchangers (Shell and tube type)

Maintenance of valves (Gate, Ball, Globe, Butterfly, Plug, Block & bleed, Check valves)

Maintenance & Repairing of pipe-lines

Worked on Steam tracer lines & steam traps

Worked on Plant Heaters & Cooling Towers

Responsible for maintenance of Over head Condensers

Maintenance of shell and tube type heat exchangers which involved complete repair work, bundle pulling, re-tubing, tube expending, hydro-jet cleaning and hydro-testing.

Maintenance of Over head fins forced type air cooled vapor condensers which involved complete repair work, re-tubing, tube expending, hydro-jet cleaning and hydro-testing..

Hands on Maintenance of all types of pumps which involved complete repairing and replacement of bearing, mechanical seal & impeller.

Alignment of shafts using straight edge rule, Rim & face and laser alignment methods.

Hands on maintenance of different types of valves.

Hands on major overhauling and routine maintenance of Single & double stage, double acting reciprocating gas & air compressors.

Hands on complete maintenance of storage tanks and side entry mixers.

Maintenance of boilers (fire & water tube).
