Currently the SAP key user for the engineering team, specializing in Prototype creation and New Production design. This position allows me to be cross functional across all team. I am the creator of all new products that flow through GGB, my knowledge and expertise is also used for trouble shooting of manufacturing lines as well as implementation of Kaizen and Six Sigma. As a result of that action i was given the Senior Engineering Technician Title this year and received the first ever company issued Encredible award. In an effort to progress in the company i chose the path of supervision. i was selected by the plant manger to become a supervisor at the requests of the fellow supervision team.
