Finance Manager-Macy’s Logistics & Operations 2016–Present

Responsible for budgeting planning, staffing, coordination of payroll and analytics for $12M annual budget across three business units. Analysis, managing the detailed forecasting/planning payroll processes and financial/operational reporting for the fourth largest Macy’s logistics network. Coordinates & supervises timekeeping activities; utilizing Oracle, KRONOS & Delpay to track cost & budget controls. Oversees all fiscal functions for purchasing, accounts payable, fixed assets, job costing, accounts receivable, revenues & expenditure projecting.
