Oversee Worker’s Compensation Program which includes OSHA reporting requirements, drug testing and ensuring proper documentation is completed by manager and employee.

Conduct random and post-accident drug screens as appropriate.

Support, assist and serve as a resource for questions concerning leaves including Leave of Absence and Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA).

Prepare government filings, plan audits, or other benefit reporting requirements.

Monitor reviews of compensation and benefits to maintain market positioning; discuss suggestions with Director of Human Resources.

Actively participate in HR special projects and processes such as our 2016 Safety Initiative for WSI savings of $95,000-

$160,000/yr., mandatory Performance Evaluation Process and Procedures, and FLSA job and salary requirements.
