Hired to manage start-up and setting-up the finance operations for a movie in production stage. Worked on location in the Dominican Republic.
Submitted analysis on best possible locations for filming an international movie. Agreement was reached to use the Dominican Republic for Production stage of film development; due to tax benefits, streamline setup/low cost location/excellent infrastructure and efficient importing of technology. It also represented the best location for bringing in an international crew of over 200 individuals from several Latin American jurisdictions as well as USA expertise to direct the film.

Negotiated foreign joint ventures and expanded group operation into new markets such as Asia, Europe and Latin America.
