Design Optimization of Civil Aircraft Engines Independently implemented design changes to implement cost reduction initiatives for the Rolls Royce Engine Development program, by suggesting a validation strategy and substantiating them for the required Airworthiness specifications. Have been a part of 2 Six-Sigma Projects for reduction in cycle time for creating bill of material of a production engine, which in-turn brought a cost saving of 12,000? per engine to Rolls-Royce.

Proposed and designed a Cogeneration Power Plant facility to replace the current conventional system to supply the annual electrical and thermal demands of a Supermarket facility.

Completed the economic analysis of the Cogeneration plant to calculate the monetary savings generated by using the Cogeneration system as opposed to a Conventional system.

Design and Fabrication of a Hybrid Moped, Siddaganga Institute of Technology, May 2013

Designed and fabricated a Hybrid Moped which consisted of a Gasoline engine as well as a 200 RPM DC electric motor which helped increase the mileage of the moped from 95 Miles/gallon to 152.7 Miles/gallon while decreasing the amount of harmful emissions.
