It is a fully automation (DCS based) cement grinding and packing unit ensure efficiency optimization and monitoring having capacity of 0.66 MTPA. it is an integrated part of M eghalaya cement limited, company produce more than 1 lakhs MT cement per month and trading entire north east and north Bengal region . ● Erection & commissioning of field instruments for extension projects of this current plant where i am working .

● In b.tech i have done my project on auto traffic light control using microcontroller . ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Played role of Asst.Engineer in electrical & instrumentation department.

Review of engineering procedures and documents.

Acting as in charge of packing plant section and assisting to senior engineer.

Involve in calibration of various types of field instruments such as temperature, level, diff.pressure, pressure transmitters, load cells, weigh feeders etc.

Involve in operation and maintenance of all field instruments.

Handle the tasks of providing technical leadership to personnel supporting the assigned project.

Responsible for providing timely communications on significant issues or developments to the instrumentation manager.
