PROJECT DESCRIPTION
VoIP Functionality and Solution Testing
The main objective of this project is to test the VOIP functionality. Testing interoperability of Fujitsu endpoints (PHS-AU & MBL-AU), analog phones with Cisco IP phones registered in Cisco Unified Communications Manager. As per Fujitsu’s requirement, multiple call features like Call transfer, Call forward, Conference, EM, Call back, MTP, G.711, G.729 codecs etc have been tested via H.323, MGCP, SIP and SCCP protocols. It involves Validating Test Cases, checking if it is automatable, and automating solution test cases to increase the efficiency of the test processes in line with GB automation team.High priority test scripts are run using MAF framework developed by automation team for subsequent release sets and the reports generated are shared with the client.
Video EFT Testing
The main objective of EFT testing project is to test the Features before CCO Release and find as many bugs as possible in the alpha, beta and EFT Releases and get the bugs fixed in advance before the next subsequent release for the benefit of EFT Customers and Cisco Japan Customers. The main objective of TROY Solution Testing is to test Cisco Telepresence Endpoints (C20, C90, EX90, EX60,SX20, E20, MOVI) with Cisco unified communications manager and Cisco VCS and various functionalities and call scenarios in a solution environment or set up and Uncover the Major Bugs that are hidden while performing a thorough Solution Test in our GBJ Solution Test Setup to stand up to the expectations of Our Cisco Japan Customers. Tested features like Video Call, Basic Call Features, Multi Site, Encrypted Calls, URI Dialing, Far End Camera Control, Presentation Sharing, Presence integration, Voice Mail Integration and OCS/Lync Integration with Cisco VCS for increased caller satisfaction through improved performance and gained knowledge for work expertise.
