Matriculation from Sri Aurobindo Bidyapitha Gandarpur High School, HSE, (66.5%)

TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE

Knowledge on MS Office,excel, power point and internet .

Handling of apparatus like Autoclave, Hot air oven, Spectrophotometer, centrifugation, Gel Electrophoresis, Laminar air flow, pH meter, Simple and Compound Microscope, Incubator, light microscope.

Morphological study of bacteria and fungus, paper chromatography, biochemical tests, isolation of protein, isolation of DNA, isolation of RNA, spread plate, streak plate, culture and subculture of bacteria as well fungus and all basic microbiological practical.
