Profile
This resume reflects the highlights of my life in the workforce and educational arenas. It is not a complete profile of the person I am or the experience I have gathered over my life, but it is as accurate and efficient as I can provide. I have been a leader in sales and customer service.
One of the many experiences of my life, which is not reflected in my resume, is my experience for a short time as a Customer Service Manager for Winn Dixie of
Jacksonville, Florida. It was a temporary position but it is one that I am very proud of performing between
construction jobs when I was employed full time by Life Safety, Inc.
I have been a Call Center Manager on a volunteer basis for the Shop With A Cop program in Macon Georgia. The majority of my customer service experience was however with Life Safety where I was a Lead Man for a finishing crew of 6 men. In this capacity I was asked to do customer service with many contractors and General Managers of Walmarts, Lowes, Home Depots, and strip malls across some of the Southeast US and mostly the East Coast. It is my intention to provide service to any customer equal or better than if I was the customer.
