JOB RESPONSIBILITY:

Working in Continuously operated Phthalic Anhydride plant operated fully through DCS (yokogava centum vp )with a production capacity of more than 500 tons/day.

Reporting to Production-Manager.

Handling shift employee independently and supervise shift activities with a manpower of 15-20 persons per shift.

Achieving the agreed production targets and involves in process related troubleshooting and ensuring safety of plant and personnel.

Maintaining job records, issuing work permit such as Vessel entry, hot work, cold work, height permit, electrical clearance etc.

Handling hazardous chemicals such as Acetylene, LPG,Ortho- Xylene, NaoH, HCl, SO2, etc.

Handling equipment : Fixed bed tubular reactor, distillation column, gas holder, gas cooler, acetylene compressor, air drying unit, nitrogen plant, switch condenser, flaker unit, LPG bullet, heat exchanger, scrubber,
