Customer Service Manager/Executive Assistant (Signature Business Systems)
Managed and provided excellence in customer relations for a large office leasing company. Increased leasing sales by ensuring all VIP and company Presidents' plans were followed through regarding big items such as moving and furniture design to travel. Supervised staff and provided all required human resource requirements for the offices.
Customer Service Manager/Human Resources Manager: (McMaster University)
Provided human resources and customer service management for the department including patients, VIPs, Presidents and faculty Prepared advertisements for positions, interviewed candidates and made recommendations or hired candidates. I was responsible for the deployment of the WSIB and the pay equity programme, human rights and social engagement. Always provided excellence in customer service for all medical staff, patients and research staff within the parameters of my reports. Arranged and executed all social events for the department and university for Psychiatry.

Human Resources Advisor and customer service manager for research departments and hospital environments within McMaster University. Provided the highest level of customer service for all VIPs and Presidents within the hospital and university organizations (of over 5000). Prepared complex travel arrangements, generation of presentations and working out of 2 offices (Hamilton) and many in Alberta.
Career Highlights:
Attained the maximum merit for a manager each year I was at the University/InfoWard. This was in recognition of my work in customer service and managing schedules and programmes of Presidents, Vice-Presidents, Directors and Physicians.
Out of over 500 departments in the University mine was the one (where I was a Human Resources Coordinator) that made decisions about how our department would handle a very volatile support staff strike. My department kept a 100% retention rate of our support staff and students after the strike. All of them told me how impressed they were at how I managed the public relations during the strike. This strike caused McMaster University to lose over 30% of its support staff and many students.

Edit volunteering description starting out with the Make Poverty History campaign in 1985 with LIVE AID, this organization carries on the poverty relief work headed by Bob Geldof. It is strictly an awareness plan for poverty and disaster relief worldwide.
The goal of Making Poverty history is to pressure politicians to make good on their promise of poverty alleviation within the next 10 years. This was 2 years ago. New goals have been set by each country.
The goal of ONE is to bring awareness to poverty and AIDS all over the world and working to empower people to have a voice in their lives.
Disaster and Humanitarian Relief (RED)
Working with a worldwide community of celebrities and high profile companies to encourage the sale of products and awareness to end Aids worldwide. Sales of items (Apple, Converse, Gap, etc,) donate a generous amount of products and the public buying these products has reached many millions of dollars.
Again, Bob Geldof and Bono spearheaded this campaign and is now a worldwide campaign raising millions of dollars a year.
