Responsible for the safe conduct of all activities within the facility, including compliance with the following documents or agencies: Conduct of Operations, Environmental Protection Agency, Department of Energy, Occupational Safety and Health Administration, Nuclear Criticality Safety Manual, and other regulatory doctrines used at the Rocky Flats Technology Site.

Qualified as a Responsible Manager for the Integrated Work Control Program.

Trained and certified as an Incident Commander for emergencies, such as: Injured personnel, Fires, Chemical spills, Criticality events, etc.

Performed monthly assessments on the Conduct of Operations and Integrated Work Control Processes as they were implemented in a Nuclear Facility.

Prepared the Lab Techs to pass the Operational Readiness Review and the Defense Nuclear Safety Board.
