Project History
1.Commercial Office & Mix Use Construction, Senior Project Manager. Office tenant improvements, building repositioning & ground up construction throughout Los Angeles and Orange County markets. Buildings ranging in size of 250,000 S.F. up to 1, million S.F. Multiple locations, Price range of contracts 100,000 up to 4 million.
2.Immigration Customs Enforcement Flight Base Operations, 60,000 Sq. Ft. 4.5 million dollar facility, located at Phoenix Mesa Gateway Airport. My responsibilities as Senior Project Manager for the projects consisted of the following duties.
Sr. Project Manager, on site working with United States Government Services Agency, Director of ICE for Arizona to establishing the budget and design of the detention relocations operations.
Assembled all job costs and created leasing package for GSA
Processed all plans and permits with airport authorities and city, state and federal municipalities.
Created project critical path schedules and projects manuals
Conducted weekly project meetings, my project team consisted of 12 members
We completed all the projects ahead of completion schedule and saved an average of 2% to 4% overall on the project budget cost.
3.United States Forestry Fire Center, 40,000 Sq. Ft. 3.0 million dollar facility, Located at Phoenix Mesa Gateway Airport.
Lead Project Manager, on site project management
Created project budgets & leasing packages for GSA leasing departments
Processed all plans and permits with airport, city and state authorities.
Created all project schedules and project manuals
Conducted weekly project meeting, my working team consisted of 15 members from all departments.

4.Phoenix Airport Center, General Superintendant for the development of 160 Acre Business Park, Including grading & drainage, underground utilities, building pads, roadways, landscaping and the construction of eleven individual concrete tilt panel buildings totaling 300,000 sq. ft.
General Superintendant in charge of all site management in the development from raw land to a fully integrated business center with multiple prime tenants such as Motorola, Garret Turbine, Federal Express, City of Phoenix, Avnet.
5.Fiesta Tech Business Center, General Superintendant for the development of 40 Acre Business Park, including grading & drainage, underground utilities, building pads, roadways, landscaping and the construction of five concrete tilt panel buildings at the time totaling 125,000 Sq. Ft. Prime tenants Lazy Boy Furniture, Burger King, and Mission Argus Foods.
