Monitored business performance by developing and implementing performance metrics and incentive plans for the pipeline operation.

Oversaw the oil marketing function and the liaison with the company’s international trading office in an effort to maximize market value of oil exports.

Key Projects and Results:

On a temporary duty, participated in the development of the financial, commercial, legal, operational, and fiscal terms for the creation of a $1.0 bn oil transportation system. Successfully structured and agreed with Partners on the General Terms & Conditions of the so called Throughput Agreement.
