Resume:

I have over ** years experience in roles which demanded a strong logistics management and technical electronics background, including development and maintenance of aircraft avionics systems, strong technical trouble-shooting experience and supervisory experience in a technical setting.

I worked as an Electronics Engineering Tech working Logistics Management at Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Indianapolis. I worked as an Integrated Logistics Support Management Specialist with a Technical Electronics Technician Background [GS-0856-11-07] for the AN/AWW-13 Data Link Pod [guided smart bomb]. I was also the Repair of Repairables (ROR) Depot Maintenance Manager for the AN/AWW-13 Data Link Pod. I processed all the retrograde [nonfunctioning] Weapons Replaceable Assemblies (WRAs), Shop Replaceable Assemblies (SRAs), and Pods sent in by the Fleet to be repaired, and providing the Fleet with "A" condition Ready for Issue (RFI) Parts. I assisted in the movement of Logistical Parts during Desert Storm for the AN/AWW-12A, AN/AWW-9A, and the AN/AWW-13 Advanced Data Link Pod, the data link for the SMART Bomb. I assisted in the development of the AN/AWW-13 Data Link Pod Configuration Management Plan, ensuring the accuracy of the AN/AWW-13 Data Link Pod Maintenance Plan. I developed a configuration database which can produce a report to show all the various configurations of the AN/AWW-13 Data Link Pod from Pilot Production to Ongoing Production, this also included all Weapons Replaceable Assemblies (WRAs) and subassemblies. Naval Avionics shut its doors for the last time on Jan 3, 1997, due to mass governmental downsizing. I discovered very quickly that Industry would recognize my governmental and/or military training. When the facility closed its doors, I was too young to retire, so I was given a severance package and let go.

I gained numerous skills through the 24 years of military/civil service time.

The following skills, I learned and developed over the years:

Plus A+ Computer Repair Training,

Microsoft Office Professional 95/97/2000/XP, 2007

Microsoft Outlook,

Microsoft Windows 2000 Professional,

Microsoft Windows 2000 Server [School Only],

Microsoft Windows 2000 Advanced Server [school only],

Microsoft Windows 95/98,

Microsoft Front Page,

Quality Control,

Microsoft Photo Drawing,

Visio 2000. DBase 4.0,

WordPerfect 6.1 & 7.0.

I am a detail type person, I like to know and gather all the facts and figures to what ever I am involved with. I want all my T’s crossed and I’s dotted.

In September 2001, I graduated from Indiana Business College in the course of study of Microsoft Certified System Engineer (MCSE). I have my Microsoft Network Administrator certification from Indiana Business College. At present, I have my MCP on Windows 2000 Professional, and Windows 2000 Server certified. I am pursuing the remaining 5 certifications for my MCSE. In June 2000 I finished a course of study with IUPUI in A+ Computer repair.

I worked as the Quality manager for a small mom and pop machine specialty shop; I brought them from no certification to ISO 9001/2000 Certified. I gained my ISO 9001/2000 Lead Auditor Certification during this time.

I would like to pursue Quality Management, but I discovered that industry demands a BS plus quality experience to be accepted by them. I felt that pursuing a BS would open a lot of closed doors.
