Senior Business Analyst, Intel Corporation, Santa Clara, CA - November 2015 – Present

Currently involved in designing Intel’s Enterprise Deal and Rebate System which will be processing multi-billion dollar rebates annually. Deal system will include creating, tracking and enforcing compliance (SOX) of deals for Intel’s direct customers. Working with all GEOs and legal to elicitate and prioritize requirements, define and approve standard processes, create as-is and to-be process flows. My focus areas are Price cost test, Meet comp analysis, complex kit deals, reporting and downstream applications (for making rebate payments). The tool is built using Scrum/Agile project management methodologies, Kendo (UI) and SQL server 2014 (database).

Product Owner, Intel Corporation, Santa Clara, CA - July 2011 – October 2015

Responsible for developing and managing the tools used by Sales and Marketing team for forecasting Intel products from 0 to 5 years timeframe. This forecasted billings units helps produce/aid in Intel's build plans, capacity planning, ATM/Test die management, long range planning, ASP estimation and worldwide revenue forecast. I was subject matter expert on data definitions, business process steps and tools.

Defined product roadmap based on the strategy and vision; manage prioritization and trade-offs among customer experience, tool performance and operational support

Wrote complete and detail-oriented product requirements documents, ensuring clear communication of those requirements to the business, design, usability, and development teams

Created and seek approval for tools support model and service level agreement between business end users and IT partners

Designed and implemented indicator package and dashboards to track tools health, performance, functionality usage and user experience

Led a global team (6-8 team members) which was providing 2nd level support for applications related to Pricing, Supply/Demand Forecast, Deals Management, Samples, Revenue forecasting and Revenue Close. These applications are decision support system built using STAR schema and SQL server.

Trained and created scripts for level 1 team which reduced issues escalation to level 2 by 30% and increased issue resolution by level 1 up to 95%

As a release manager, drove improvements and enforced best practices in application release which reduced emergency releases by 97%

Provided on-call support during outages, major incidents, and random overnight issues

Created tools support model and moved the application support to India which reduced support cost for Intel by 30%

Designed and implemented Intel’s next generation (Human Resource) Global Relocation system which reduced transaction center workload by 45% of and improved performance by 100-fold
