Implements the duties of the CSTs at more than three locations identified by MILSPRAY

Improved cost vs. productivity and implemented organizational-level corrosion preventative maintenance processes and procedures in compliance with OSHA, DEP and other local environmental and safety requirements

Performs and supervises the application of rust inhibitor to all applicable metal to metal contact areas ensuring the rust inhibitor is applied using MILSPRAY’s approved methods

Maintains daily clean up schedules to ensure the CPC area is clear of drips and over sprays and uses TM 4797-12/1 to apply CPCs to other previously identified problem areas

Provides detailed assessments to collect technical data and metrics to aid in the approval of the USMC corrosion control processes, utilizing the CPAC PM and TM 4795-12/1

Responsible for the weekly reporting of work performed, materials used and units serviced; performs equipment assessments and populates USMC CPAC databases

Produces and maintains CPAC technical manuals, including, but not limited to adding/ deleting equipment, identifying and incorporating CPAC technologies with the CST; and reviewing and updating the appropriate TM4750/4795 and participating in technical forums

Produces, integrates and maintains corrosion control training for equipment operators and maintainers

Ensures the proper skills and tools are used to identify corrosion and the implementation of corrosion preventative and control methods are retained

Responsible for coordinating, monitoring, processing and editing accountable supply system or MRO’s, including maintaining supply status, updating supply tracking systems, resolving system problems and providing technical and logistic reports

Modifies and updates the MEF CPAC program technical information and procedures using the CPAC manuals, technical orders and interactive electronic technical manuals

Acts as on-site liaison and coordinator of all CST tasks, including quality control and the inspection of all functions related to mobile CRF, with the assistance of the quality assurance manager
