I have vast experience as a project manager, project superintendent and project engineer, in housing, commercial, hospitality and institutional developments, hotels remodeling, historic building renovations, highway construction and full site developments including all utilities involved. Through my career, I have been involved also in estimating and budget preparing for bids or negotiated jobs. My personality allows me to better utilize my specialized experience, training and leadership skills to develop and maintain good relationships with owner, Architects, inspectors and any other party related to a project. I am an expert on time management that will allow me to prioritize between tasks without losing focus on the main goal of any type of construction work, and always considering the importance of safety, quality and being within budget.
