Summary of Qualifications

I am a self-directed individual with an outstanding attention to detail and superior multitasking skills. I have the required knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform any related construction management and operation as required. I have vast experience as a project manager, project superintendent and project engineer, in housing, commercial, hospitality and institutional developments, hotels remodeling, historic building renovations, highway construction and full site developments including all utilities involved. Through my career, I have been involved also in estimating and budget preparing for bids or negotiated jobs. My personality allows me to better utilize my specialized experience, training and leadership skills to develop and maintain good relationships with owner, Architects, inspectors and any other party related to a project.
