Purpose

Inbound Call Centre Representative: Working on the Bell Aliant campaign, I was trained on all of their processes over a four week period at their Dartmouth instillation. Training included billing, return equipment and sales scenarios. The training, as was production, very heavy on the sales side of the business. Hourly incentives were given to top sellers and a monthly incentive package was in place.

Inbound Call Centre Representative: During the four week period of training we were prepared every day for the high pressure sales that would be our regular working day on the production floor. We learned some of the software and processes, but emphasis was definitely placed on selling tactics and convincing people to buy Web.com products.

Inbound Call Centre Representative: During my tenure with Bell TV, I helped people reconcile their accounts, helped with technical issues such as troubleshooting and replacing equipment. Assisted with billing and life issues, and generally acted as a helping hand to those who found themselves in need of assistance.

My hobbies include cats and dogs and their training; I am a huge animal lover. I am into all types of music but my favorite genre is Epic Trance (dance music). I never smoke and barely drink. I am into reading science fantasy novels by Terry Brooks and Neil Gaimon. I am a blogger and an avid web development nerd. I am in the process of putting together an online radio station as a hobby as well.

Summary
My next position should be one that includes working with people in a team environment. I excel at making people feel at ease by using knowledge and empathy. I am very interested in developing my sales skills along with my customer service skills, and I would someday like to be in a Team Lead position.
