SUMMARY:

I have over 25 years’ experience in Human Resources, from functions such as Recruiting, HR Business Partner, Data Entry, HRIS, Reporting and Employee Data Analysis.

Employee Data Analysis has been by far my best job throughout my career and therefore I continue to explore this function of HR.

Working with different companies I've had the advantage of exploring different systems and been able to adapt from the most complicated like SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards to a more simple like SAGE; extracting the data the using MS Access to massage and link to different Tables to build graph for HR Dashboard to tell a story like Actual vs Budgeted Headcount or Employees Hired & Termed Less Than 1 Year Service, to name a few.

In reporting I've been on the end of the data once it's been entered, where the data integrity lies. I'd like the opportunity to be at the begging before the data is entered to see where the GAPS are if in communication or change management or simplifying the process for end users.
