Architected and installed a process for on-boarding of new clients at Namely (HR Software Company focusing on HRIS, Payroll, and Benefits). Delivered a process to deal with new clients across the organization. Determined touch points of various groups (Sales, Engagement Manager, Namely Consultant, Namely Configuration Specialist, Payroll OPS, and Engineering). Worked with Iris Interactive to identify needs of software integration at Otsuka Pharmaceutical.
