CURRENT POSITION
IT System Test Coordinator, Theradex, 2016 - Current
•Execute test scripts and document Software bugs, following all Theradex standard procedures for Computer System Data Validation. Provide IT Team support. Responsible for coordinating ECC requests -(from staging to installation). Responsible for Quality Checks (QC) of ongoing updating Data Listings Reports Specifications (DLRS), Electronic Data Capture Specifications (EDCS), Annotated Casebooks for studies that are in different phases.

•Responsible for supporting PMO group with DBR documentation. Responsible for Project tracking and maintenance of Resource allocation spreadsheet. Generate reports biweekly and quarterly reflecting data on actual vs. estimated project/resource hours for Analytics and Reporting group.
Business Systems Coordinator / Analyst, METLIFE (Technology Operations group), 2006 – 2014
•As a Systems Analyst, a lead member of the technology solution team for the Desktop Lifecycle Management (DLM) project, I Developed business, functional, user and implementation requirements to enhance and deliver the asset tracking system to support all of the US-based MetLife locations.
•As an IT Applications / Project Coordinator, I was responsible for tracking retired assets coming into stock rooms at various sites, to be ready for disposal via 3rd party vendors in a secure, environmentally friendly manner.
•Maintained database keeping track of assets coming into / out of stock for redeployment purposes. Responsible to make sure to protect MetLife’s intellectual property, data security and comply with federal guidelines regarding data and privacy protection.
•Develop Management dash-board, metrics and periodic reports for tracking assets and providing analysis of asset recovery and disposal. Used EXCEL Pivot Table to post metrics on dash board.
Applications Programmer Analyst, METLIFE, 1996 – 2000
•As an Applications Programmer Analyst, I was responsible for the development and support of front-end Life Insurance application data gathering system. The application was deployed for use by over a 1000 field agents and customer care specialists across several states where the Life products were under-written.
•Main features of the system include downloading rules, regulations and guidelines of various policies and benefits from various sources. Life App Data gathered were compiled against these rules and the system would validate the data and perform conformity validations to either accept or reject the customer life application.
Front End Applications Programmer, AT&T, 1991 – 1996
•As an Applications Programmer, I was responsible for design, development and implementation of a Front End “Online Tax Accrual System” for the company’s Tax information from various business operations within the company.
•Worked in team to organize requirements for the tax payment management system. Conducted formal stakeholder analysis. Used interview process with key stakeholders to deliver high level business requirements document. Facilitated Joint-Application Development (JAD) with in-house and out-sourced development modules and coordinated system integration and phased deployment.
•As an Applications Programmer, I was responsible for design, development and implementation of ‘NAMES10 PLUS’ call center support application. This PC based Forecaster & Scheduler designed for Call Center Managers who need to analyze the call volume and develop employee schedules to efficiently respond to call volume fluctuations. Features also include swapping assignments, removing an unassigned person, day/night/weekend/holidays shift assignments, etc. All assignments are based on employee preferences and availability. (Identical to the LOTUS Notes Calendar features of conference call invites!). Developed on Clipper 5.2 and uses MS C library, Overlay library and Nantucket functions. The application was implemented on both stand-alone and LAN version.
