Interacting with all Divisional Heads to understand their Manpower requirement.
To prepare Organisation Structure of all Divisions.
To prepare Manpower Plan
RECRUITMENT & SELECTION:
Campus Recruitment:
Coordinate with TPOs for campus.
Discussed requirements with tpos.
Arranging Campus.
Arranging for technical & other tests for candidates.
Screening & short listing candidates.

JOINING FORMALITIES & INDUCTION:
Making & implementing different induction presentations for new joining and ensuring proper socialization.

TRAINING:
Finding Training needs from the HODs and employees for technical skills, soft skills.
Making quarterly training calendars.
Carrying out different Trainings from in house or outside trainers.
