Interacting with all Divisional Heads to understand their Manpower requirement.

To prepare Organisation Structure of all Divisions.

To prepare Manpower Plan

RECRUITMENT & SELECTION:

Campus Recruitment:

Coordinate with TPOs for campus.

Discussed requirements with tpos.

Arranging Campus.
