Senior Loan Service Representative

Presidential Bank, FSB - Bethesda, MD - November 2001 to August 2016

Responsible for the administrative functions of the loan preparations through organizing loan

files, following established policies and procedures to provide loan servicing assistance to internal and external

customers by performing file audits and review functions, monitoring

insurance, boarding and servicing commercial, real estate, construction and installment loans

reconciling accounts, and entering loan data into core system.

Ability to comprehend all function areas relating to servicing loans
