Done complete automation for shot blast machine to run itself without using man power.

Free Sand flow in oscillating conveyors modification done by increasing sides by 150mm, Rpm of the conveyors is increased by changing the Pulley size.

Sand leakage arrested in shake out Topside modification.

Furnace Heat exchanger modification by adding parallel heat exchanger.

Applied Auto lubrication system for entire sand plant.

Implemented individual auto lubrication for DE systems and Oscillating Conveyors with PERMA lubricator.

Core Shooters (capacity: 15kg, 30kg, 60 kg, 90kg & 120kg) blow and exhaust operation equipment modification done and reduced the down time.

Core Shooter Gas magazine hood ejection plate modification done.

Core shooters gas suction ducts modification done and reduced the gas leakage.

Core shooters sand gating system modified with butterfly valves and leakage of sand arrested.

Core shooters hydraulic cooling modified by replacing Air Blast Cooler.

Core Oven slot plates and drag chain modification done.

Shot Blasting Machine angle of top roof plates modified for easy flow of shots.

Shot Blasting Cyclone System modified with SS cyclones and increase the life of wear out.

Bucket elevator lap joint modified to Angle joint and introduced grip rubber to the drums eliminated the wear out of spike bolts.

Injection feeding system newly evaluated in ducting system of Shot Blasting Machines.

TLB sprockets implemented for reducing maintenance time.

Hydraulic Wedge cylinder stuff box seals groove dimensions changed and arrested the failure of cylinder.

Implemented individual Lubricator for pneumatic hoist for smooth operation.

For gantry wheels modified the wheel with fillet radius and increased the life of the wheel.

EOT crane LT drive replaced aligned with rigid couplings, supporting blocks and eliminated de-railing of the crane.

EOT crane wheels bearings failure eliminated by replacing with self alignment bearings.

Sand conveying system re-routing done and replaced the pipes with schedule 80 pipes.

TITLE: DEVELOPMENT OF VARIABLE PART PROGRAMMING FOR TURNING CENTRIFUGAL IMPELLERS.

The basic function of the centrifugal compressor rotor is to impart the required compression energy to the gas. The impeller is the main part of the rotor. When the impeller is rotating at high speed, air is drawn through the eye of the impeller. The absolute velocity of the inflow air is axial. The impeller vanes at the eye are bent to provide shock less entrance.
