Complete plant production of 3 shifts and 130 employees. We developed a cohesive team that focused on “On time Delivery”, Productivity and Quality. Most gains were a result of the implementation of a complete employee communication program as well as developmental sessions for my leadership team. These sessions and open team meetings resulted in a direct productivity increase of 14% as well as an improvement from 86% to 98.1% on time delivery.
