Representative Projects
Office 365 Email Migration: Led design, communication and rollout of email migrations to Office 365, including remote offices and remote users; and including archived and shared mailboxes.
Results: Completed projects with no downtime to email systems and no loss of email for individual users. Cutovers were accomplished in a single evening or over one weekend, with changed procedures well understood by all users and minimal support needed.
Workstation Upgrade: Defined a repeatable process to lead multiple windows workstation refreshes. Process allowed the use of junior resources for deployment while ensuring uniformity of effort.

Server/Desktop Virtualization: Defined repeatable processes used to identify changes and upgrades needed, timed for optimal budget effectiveness, and minimized impact to operations while allowing smaller organizations to benefit from virtualization.
Results: Systems provided for maximum utilization of hardware resources with redundancy and failover, and provided improved security for remote and traveling staff.
Disaster Recovery/Business Continuity: Led client discussions to explain how these concepts protect their business, the risks of not incorporating them into their planning, and how certain cloud offerings impact the availability and costs of solutions.
Results: Organizations could effectively include relevant options in their budgeting cycles.
Client Onboarding: Refined and documented the onboarding process for new managed service clients.
