About the Project:

Proposed Dahej Nagothane Ethane Pipeline is Indias longest ethane pipeline of about 486 km, which

comprises of 440 km long main trunk pipeline system of 12 from Dahej to Nagothane and 46 km of 8 spur

pipeline to Hazira from tap off station. Scope of project includes detail engineering of pipelines including

pumping stations, tap off stations, Intermediate pigging stations, metering and regulating stations at delivery

points and mainline block valve stations.

Work Involved:

Review, study and understanding of ITB-FEED Documents.

Overall co-ordination of the pipeline project design activities.

Preparation of specifications, Data sheet, MR, Technical bid evaluation, Vendor drawing review, ITP

review for Ball valves, Pig Traps, Monolithic Isolation Joints etc.

Preparation of Pipeline Crossing details, Pig Launcher/Pig Receiver design details.

Review and checking of Alignment Sheets, Pipeline Design Basis & EPC basis.

Preparation of Datasheets and Specifications of various pipeline items.

Preparation of MTO, BOQ, Cost Estimation as part of pre-bid and detailed engineering.

Inter-Discipline Check, Technical Document Evaluation, Vendor Document Review.

Assisting to Lead Engineers and reporting directly to Head of department.

total 35 disposal wells. KOC standards and ASME 31.4 are being used for the design of treated water

disposal well pipelines.

Preparation of wall thickness report, road crossing analysis report, Anti Buoyancy calculations.

Preparations of material take off (MTO) for pipeline and piping items.
