Oversaw production of $175M EPROM product line, with P&L responsibility, and $10M budget in three factories in three countries. Implemented new products and technologies for cost reduction and feature enhancement. Reviewed probe and final test yields, and analyzed lower than expected results. Worked extensively on replacing ceramic product line with plastic.

Accomplishments:

Converted line from Ceramic encapsulated re-programmable EPROM products to a lower cost plastic single program product. Efforts resulted in changing line from a major money loser to a profitable line, and established the EPROM as a manufacturable core for the microcontroller line.

Developed and implemented several new full array stress tests that significantly improved programming yields, enabling parts to be encapsulated in plastic and become profitable.
