Supervised Collectors as they spoke to Customers about a Debt they owe and it was my responsibility to ensure that they were following the Fair Debt Collection Act (FDCPA) and was 100% compliant. When an employee violated the FDCPA I would document and report them to their immediate Supervisor and recommend a course of action Ex: Verbal, Written, Retraining, Suspension and/or Termination depending on the violation and any other previous violations/issues in their Human Resource file. I assisted in created the Policy and Procedures manual along with the Transferring of Accounts Rules. It was my job to review requests made by the Team Manager for an account to be transferred to another collector if they properly executed the call, documented the account, ensured the customer received the Validation of Debt, payment plan and Claim release.
One Love Services (Area Coordinator/Office Manager)

As Office Manager (2005) and Area Coordinator (2008-2013) I was responsible for the day to day operations of the Gastonia Location. I was required to complete Customer Service Workshops and Trainings (amongst many other certifications) to ensure I provided outstanding Customer Service to our Clients, their family members and any/all visitors to One Love Developmental Services. I believe that this position has taught me numerous skills that I not only utilize those skills in my professional life but also in everyday life, such as: strong interpersonal skills, excellent organizational skills, strong verbal, written, communication skills and the ability to handle stressful situations whether it be within the office, out in the community and especially when resolving certain problems that are sensitive to this population. I have appreciated the opportunity to learn Client Specific Trainings which specializes in various Developmental Disorders and Mental Health Diagnosis, I feel confident that the knowledge I gained will continue to help me throughout life when dealing with different types of people whether that might be different beliefs, personalities, different cultures and at times even those with special needs and/or circumstances.
