B.E. (Instrumentation Engineering) with 5+ years of experience in Maintenance, Erection, Commissioning and Instrumentation & Automation of Cement & Coke Oven Plant (Recovery Type).

Presently working with JSW Steel work Ltd (Indu plant) Dolvi, Maharastra as Sr. Instrumentation Engineer in Coke Oven (Electrical & Instrumentation Department).

An excellent performer with expertise to execute Instrumentation Maintenance tasks of PLC, Analysers & Field instrumentation etc. with quality.

PLC network SIEMENS S7 300 and WONDERWARE`s in touch SCADA of main battery system.

Ability to perform trouble shooting and failure diagnosis on plant technical issues.

Adequate knowledge on logics, hard wired relay logics(panel) & single line circuit diagrams.

Ability to carry out modifications in plant control systems.

Well versed with Erection and Commissioning Of:

oInstruments of Battery of recovery type Coke Oven equipments as per hook up diagrams and termination up to control system panel in Moving Machines and Stamping Station.

oCommissioning and interlock checking of De-dusting system for kiln bag house and its automation.

oElectro Mechanical Valve, Pneumatic Cylinder & Diaphragm Valve using PLC output and MC based digital controller.

oABB ACS 550, Siemens make MM440 frequency drive for pusher car travelling at different speed, 132 KW root blower with variable rpm and Siemens make MM420 drive for weigh feeder motors.

oRadio Frequency communication & its accessories, Radiation Pyrometers.

oSecurity & Surveillance system CCTV, CCTV system for kiln and cooler monitoring.

oABB ACS & Eura Drive for 15KW & 22 KW motors for cooling tower fan motor with variable speed application.

oErection and commissioning of 4 no’s of AUMA make electro-mechanical actuator for flue draft pressure regulation.

oElectrically operated cranes and hoists. Weigh Bridge System.

o Commissioning of 5 no’s of Coal & Cement silo including VFD drive controlled disc feeder and Belt Weigher of 100 TPH.

Installation and Calibration of:

oROSEMOUNT,YOKOGAWA and EMERSON make Pressure and Differential Pressure Transmitter, Electromagnetic Type Flow Meter, using HART field bus communication protocol

oSiemens make capacitive type, Hydrostatic type, Radar type level Transmitters, control valves, actuators etc

oProcess Indicator Controller of MASIBUS, HONEYWELL, KANA, Minilec etc.

oCalorific Value Analyzer and Oxygen Analyzer.

oRotary Gear Cam switches, Sequential timers, Encoders, etc.

oWorking as Sr. Instrumentation Engineer in Battery Area of Coke Oven in E & I maintenance Dept.

oUnderstanding & designing of PLC drawing, P & ID, field engineering.

oTroubleshooting of breakdowns of moving machines & stamping station and process instruments & LV Drives.

oCalibration of Instruments such as CV Analyzer, Pneumatic Positioner, DP Transmitters, Level Transmitters, Temperature Transmitters with sensing devices

oHaving Operation and maintenance knowledge of process control instruments such as Compressors make Atlas-Copco, Kaeser compressors; Actuators, photo electric sensors, proximity sensors, magnetic sensors, I/P converter of Watson smith, limit/pull chord/ belt sway/zero speed switches, solenoid valves, tacho generators, load cells, vibro sensor, analyzers, pressure switch, amplifiers, pyrometer, electromagnetic sensor, gas detectors.

oVarious troubleshooting related to S120 variable frequency drive of SIEMENS SINAMICS series.

oModification work in moving machines for better and smooth operation of systems.

oPreventive Maintenance & Calibration of different types of electronic transmitters like pneumatic control valves, weigh feeders, timers, electronic packers, Variable Frequency Drives, Microprocessor control machinery.

oInvolved in modifications carried out at cement mills, raw mill, kiln, weigh bridge and crusher.

oAutomation of 5 no’s of conveyors and all safety interlock checking.

oRe commissioning of 2 no’s of cement silo which includes Electric Gate, Disc Feeder with 15 kW VFD drive and Belt Weigher of 60 TPH.

oInstallation and Calibration of capacitance Level Transmitters at pre-feeder section.
