Identify, research and correct location issues due to; over picks, mixed item lots, items received in wrong, item SKUs that were inaccurately transferred or moved physically and systematically

Analyze job tasks and personnel performance to identify any issues or ways to improve processes

Set up and maintain “Fix-Pick Locations” for high volume SKUs

Send end of shift Reports via email to the appropriate Managers
