With more than 25 years of experience in the construction industry on both public- and private-sector projects I have a proven record of success in overseeing all phases of construction and infrastructure projects. From my early beginnings as a union trained carpenter I excelled in all stages of my career, starting by placing second in the NJ state wide apprenticeship contest, followed by becoming a very prolific foreman and general foreman for many companies constructing a diverse range of large scale projects. Later, I was recruited by the NJ Regional Council of Carpenters as an Organizer/Business Agent where I strived to bring the business and labor sides of the industry together. After a successful term as a Union Representative, I took my career down the path of management by becoming a superintendent and construction manager. Utilizing my education in business management and my vast knowledge and experience of all phases of construction, I was able to solicit and negotiate joint ventures, recruit management professionals and guide the restructuring of firms. My fruitful career has earned me a solid reputation in the industry as a very capable Construction Manager.
