Responsible for keeping contractors on schedule from a construction standpoint. Ordering cabinets, countertops, plumbing, lighting, fixtures and finishes, etc. Responsible for coordinating the deliveries of all items. Worked directly with contractors and potential buyers and coordinated upgrades as requested from buyer. Also responsible for new property acquisitions, negotiating purchase price, and ensuring contracts are correct and earnest money is delivered on time to appropriate title company. Accomplishments
