In this position I reported to the Director of Property Management, who manages over 120 commercial properties including; trucking terminals, corporate offices, and other private real estate investments. My responsibilities included the following:

●Calculate, analyze and report facility cost metrics for decision making

●Represent the owner of the 2500 Smallman Street Condos while under construction

●Prioritize tasks for team members to minimize risk and reduce costs

●Maintain and keep current all insurance and vendor information

●Attain appropriate permits and zoning variances for multiple projects at once

●Research and travel to potential properties to support future business acquisitions and growth

●Predict and measure the ROI of Geothermal, Solar, Wind, and other utility improvements

●Estimate and plan tenant improvements budgets for the 24th Street Associates and its tenants

●Review change orders, pay applications and bid proposals for accuracy

●Review real estate, oil, gas, utility, and maintenance lease agreements and manage real estate databases and export to Microsoft Sharepoint

●Render blueprints of facilities and field measurements of facilities for operational reference

●Coordinate facility operations for personnel across a network of over 20 terminals

●Research innovative ways to incorporate green technology into existing and future properties

●Review LOI’s, lease agreements, affidavits, deeds, titles, and other documentation with brokers, landlords, and various stakeholders.
