Research paper on hybrid power generation using off-shore wind power plant and tidal power plant
HOTT generation system is effective in the power integration and automatic fluctuation
compensation.
Used tidal turbine to compensate the flections created in wind power generation due to change in the
speed and the direction of the wind.
Yaw control of wind power plant (sense direction) December 2013-May
2014
The main objective of the project is to increase the efficiency of the wind power plant by rotating the
nacelle in perpendicular direction of the wind.
Design the direction sensor which sense the wind direction.
Interface stepper motor with 8051 microcontrollers which rotate the nacelle as per the signal given
by the sensor.
Microcontroller Project: July 2013-November
2013
LCD interfacing with 8051microcontroller.
Interfacing 162 LCD with 8051 using Keil C.
8 bit ASCII data are send through the data lines D0 D7 and data strobe is given through E of the
LCD.

EXPERIENCE:
Internship: July 2014- December 2014
Alpha Electrical Industries, Gujarat, India
Worked as intern in Alpha Electrical Industries and observed the following product:
Current Transformers, observe three different type of current transformer, Ring type, Medium
1.
voltage and Pvc insulated current transformer.
Control Transformer, manufacture of three phase control transformer and control power
2.
transformer.
Epoxy insulator and potential transformer to perform different type of test on transformer.
3.
Voltamp Transformers limited, Gujarat, India June 2013
Internship
Assigned the following units at Voltamp for observation:
1. Winding department, observe the different types of winding us for different voltage levels
transformer
2. Assembling department, windings are packed in the unit and oil or air is filled as coolant. Coolant is
used according to the voltage rating of transformer.
3. Testing department, where different type of the test is performed on the transformer like open circuit
test, short circuit test, ratio test etc.
4. Design department, they design the transformers as per the client requirement.
