DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1) Hand Held Terminal testing Depatrment ( HHT)

Board testing, Assembling & Repairing of Biometric Hand Held Terminal

(HHT) For National Polpulation Register (NPR) &Marine Fisheries Identity Card (MFID ) Under Home Ministry Govt.of India.

Gained sufficient knowledge about Main Board, Finger print Smart card Barcode Reader (FSB BORD ) & System On Module (SOM Board) of Hand Held Terminal.

Voltage test, Short circuit test, Battery switching test of these three boards using Multimeter, Programming Software ( MPLAB – ICD3 ), Clan core Communication Tool & Repairing of these faulty cards.

Worked at Smart card Division for technical support for the personalization & inspection of NPR / MFID Cards.

2 ) CUSTOMER SERVICE CENTRE ( CSC )

Associated with testing & trouble shooting of telephone exchange card of reputed telecome companies like BSNL, MTNL etc.

Associated with testing,trouble shooting & repairing of ACAJA5,ACAJB5, Telephone exchange card.

Devoleped macro command for simplifying the testing process.

Associated with record keeping & updating the status of repaired cards which are sending back to the site.

Loading of Exchange Software,PC interfacing software with windows NT

& interfacing the different PC with windows NT platform to OCB 283 exchanges

Component level testing and trouble shooting of analog & digital cards by using microprocessor controlled equipments.
