-Handles all tools and measurement equipment with calibrated and arrange for external calibration. Arrange for in-house verification.
-Coordinate all return and warranty motor. Issued warranty repair report and Non-Confirming Report (NCR).
-Assist Operative (OP) in repair and overhaul of Explosion Proof Motor.
-Arrange the maintenance of workshop equipment’s.
-Prepare defect analysis report when customer request.
-Assist customer and present company slideshow, scope of work and expertise.
-Establish and implement quality plans and procedures to achieve required level of product quality, reliability and safety.
-Responsible to update and revise specification manuals and documents.
-To carry out the approved and written procedures, work instructions and specification correctly.
-Prepare and arrange all the materials for internal and external training.
-Train all workers for knowledge, understanding, refreshment and skills.
-Proposes for any modification or changes by issued Preventive Action Request (PAR).
-Involved and prepared the document in any of audit (JKKP/ISO/IECEx and customer).
-Enters purchase orders in computer systems:
-Liaise with certain supplier or subcontractor for our goods status and price.
-Follows up purchase orders to ensure receipt of proper quality and quantity on specified dates;
-Physical stock count.
-Pass all received invoice attach with delivery order to Account Department.
-Make sure the resignation workers return back all tools and equipment that company given.
-Measure supplier and subcontractor performance. Cancel contract, suspend or implement debarment proceedings on vendors that not meet the performance requirements.
-Investigates and resolves problems regarding shipment discrepancies.
-Receives shipments, inspect for proper quantity and quality and distributes parts directly to requestor, or stored in inventory at proper locations.
-Maintain MSDS files.
-Verifies receipt of incoming supplies and parts against purchase order and invoice, check items for damage, notes quantities received and any discrepancies of parts.
-Order spare parts using ‘Request Form’
a)Confirm size and marking on the goods at which part want to do for the parts that will be sent for metal spraying or welding.
b)Follow up with all order/inquiry.
c)Negotiable to get better price.
d)Issue ‘Purchase Order’
