-Prepare defect analysis report when customer request.
-Assist customer and present company slideshow, scope of work and expertise.
-Establish and implement quality plans and procedures to achieve required level of product quality, reliability and safety.
-Responsible to update and revise specification manuals and documents.
-To carry out the approved and written procedures, work instructions and specification correctly.
-Prepare and arrange all the materials for internal and external training.

-Receives shipments, inspect for proper quantity and quality and distributes parts directly to requestor, or stored in inventory at proper locations.
-Maintain MSDS files.
-Verifies receipt of incoming supplies and parts against purchase order and invoice, check items for damage, notes quantities received and any discrepancies of parts.
-Order spare parts using ‘Request Form’
a)Confirm size and marking on the goods at which part want to do for the parts that will be sent for metal spraying or welding.
b)Follow up with all order/inquiry.
c)Negotiable to get better price.
d)Issue ‘Purchase Order’
