Responsibilities:

Taking care of all Inbound/Out Activities

Ensuring Proper Receipt & Issue with all relevant documents and coordinating with quality for quality clearance of the materials and maintaining inventory level as per inventory plan.

Stores Management and Administration.

Scrap lifting on timely basis and ensure sufficient space for incoming material.

Coordinating with HR for sufficient manpower for Loading & Unloading and Crating activities.

GRN preparation and follow up, Materials issue & reconciliation.

Daily, Weekly and Monthly Physical Stock Verification.

Issue of CST\VAT Waybills ( A.P Road Permit) to the Suppliers for getting Supplies from other states.

Updating CST\VAT Waybills utilization on daily basis and coordinating with accounts for new indents.

Hazardous Waste lifting with up date form of APPCB (RAMKY)

Involving in all store Audit’s.

Ensuring all the above is done as per SOP.
