Consolidated financials to report to the Holding company in Holland for Randstad North America. The management reporting system, Hyperion, is used to consolidate financials for this reporting.

Comshare project team - chose and designed Randstad’s management reporting system. Comshare is a web enabled system used for budgeting and management reporting. Comshare provides “On the Fly” reporting for comparison reporting, reorganizations, acquisition, and specialized reporting.
Concur project team - chose and designed Randstad’s T&E expense system, a web enabled system used to collect, remit, and report T&E expense. This implementation tightened controls over expense reimbursement by using built in policies and procedures and cuts cost by removing paper and allowing the accounts payable team to manage errors by exception.
Intranet project team - Recommended that each department be responsible for the content and maintenance of their area on the intranet to ensure accuracy and timeliness of information and forms.
