PROFESSIONAL SUMMARY
Due to the emerging delivery systems for video in both the digital and linear/traditional realm, and with the increased use of programmatic buying across all platforms, I made the difficult decision to form a company in 2016, Platforms Ad Agency and Productions, in order to assist current and new clients navigate their way through all of the advertising options available to them. We specialize in targeted buys, and in creative messaging for digital and legacy media (spot cable and broadcast, outdoor, radio). We analyze client websites to improve UI, UX, SEO, and to make sure they are formatted and optimized for all screen sizes, including mobile. Platforms also offers in-house production and creative campaigns for video, IBV, pre-roll, native advertising, blogging and You Tube Videos. We do short and long form content. Technology is evolving at a fast pace and businesses have to adapt or run the risk of becoming irrelevant. Our mission is to help our clients make good, lasting impressions so they are given consideration when potential customers are researching prior to purchase. We also attempt to educate those clients who have a vague understanding of advertising and marketing and no time to figure it all out. Today it is about being there when the client decides to buy. It is the consumer driving buying behavior, not marketers. There is no one “best” way to advertise anymore, but there is a mind-boggling number of options, some good, some not as good and often it is hard to know which is which. Through data analysis and an understanding of businesses’ goals and initiatives we work to make sure our customers use the right message, reaches the right person at the right time and on the right device. And we make every effort to control client expectations from the start to prevent disappointment and churn. In essence we want them to feel that we are partners in their success because that is the basic premise we are founded on.

The decision to form a company was difficult because I would be walking away from a lucrative and successful position with Comcast Spotlight. But as corporate cultures change to meet their own emerging needs, often so should some people. So after over 25 years of professional sales and consultation experience in the cable and digital advertising industry I took the leap. My work ethic and integrity are strong and I have developed a loyal client base and a good referral network. I have been in the top echelon with high performance Account Executives since the beginning of my career at Comcast and was the top biller with prior systems. I have a strong track record of consistently meeting and exceeding established goals and objectives, have received numerous recognitions, trophies, trips and cash compensation and bonuses based on performance. My continued top performance earned me participation in an employee retention plan reserved for six- figure income employees to entice them to stay, and included bonuses, stock grants and options. I was recognized for managing the most clients on air per month for many years and regarded as a standard. Not always easy when handling millions of dollars in customer billing each year with minimum support. My churn rate was almost non- existent, and I am a capable and effective agent of collections, but in a manner that maintains the integrity of the client relationship. I am skilled in building long-term relationships and establishing rapport with new and existing clients. I have a proven ability to identify and resolve problems and to lead teams through change. Technically my skills include an extensive knowledge of Strata for schedule and proposal creation, proficient with CRM, Ad Mall, Polk, SalesFuel, Word, Excel, Power Point, Nielsen/Scarborough qualitative and quantitative data analysis, digital placement and analysis, digital and video commercial production, marketing/promotions, and traffic and billing procedures. I am motivated and ambitious with excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills, and excellent in relationship-management with clients and companies of any size as well as agencies of all sizes throughout the U.S. I have always considered myself a client ADvocate and carry that title at Platforms. When a company loses sight of clients and their needs then they ultimately lose those clients. I am very client-centric.
