Served as Senior SME / Team Lead for the Marine Corps Program Office Technical Assessment Group ((MTAG), NSWCDD (Dahlgren, VA), in support of future / urgent S&T, RDT&E and expedited combat equipment acquisition actions. Provided on-site technical, operational and acquisition support for the Fires & Maneuver Integration Division (FMID) and to the Technical Assessment Group, Capabilities Development Directorate (CDD), MCCDC, and provided subject matter expertise (SME) for detailed analytical and programmatic support to determine capabilities and force development requirements for current and future Seabasing requirements, Very Shallow Water (VSW) Mine Counter Measures (MCM) capabilities, acquisition support for JCIDS C-IED spiral development efforts, and for UGS/UAS (robots and drones.) Over time, became the go-to acquisition support person for myriad combat engineering, Seabasing, and mobility/maneuver tasks and requirements; particularly adept at JCIDS production. Directed domestic and international sales and marketing of commercial and military lightweight high performance off-road vehicles and associated/OEM equipment, including GPS, NVG (Night Vision Goggles) and communications systems. Reduced field site operating costs by 18% through design and installation of computer-assisted training and mobile logistics support systems.
