Accountable for mentoring engineers and providing continuous improvement efficiencies, reserve evaluations, recompletion, plug and abandonment and non-operated proposal assessments, controlling down time, and cutting costs. Monitored wells that might be affected by horizontal well completions.

Reduced workflow process time by 25% for future drilling locations, as project manager for continuous improvement for East Texas and Louisiana. Collaborated with cross-functional teams, eliminating steps in well review to cut approval time and create better understanding of processes.

Managed and secured over 120 annual water permits and 5 long-term contracts for water sources for Carthage and Eaglebine drilling and completion operations by partnering with local and regional water authorities.

Collaborated with 7 local groundwater conservation districts, 4 river authorities and 6 federal agencies, establishing permits for water withdrawal and securing over 50 million barrels of water per year for fracturing.

Directed ongoing operations to develop 2 mitigation banks to service East Texas area, allowing for drilling of hundreds of future wells. Managed wetland and floodplain permit process for drilling and infrastructure.
