Spearheaded the investigation of the issue and coordinated with client Ap- pDev team to determine if the issue is indeed a bug or is a missing func- tionality in the system.

Collaborated with the client Solution Architects (of MM, SD, QM, and WM modules) and AppDev team lead; and presented to them the issue replica- tion, discussed the different scenarios where/how the problem arises, and explained the possible options to take in resolving the problem.

Conducted meetings with the client Solution Architects to request in- puts/feedbacks and finally got confirmation/sign-off on the presented solu- tions before proceeding with the problem record resolution activities.

Highlights: The progress made in this problem record is a milestone in the team because the problem record will be transformed to a project/mini-im- plementation. Developed template for service request incidents received related to plant crea- tion. The template is a simple excel file which contains basic information re- quired in creating a new plant in R/3. It also serves as a checklist by RRT team
