Determined a need for a replacement paint booth. Researched suppliers lead the redesign and negotiation of a 20% reduction on the procurement of a state-of-the-art EPA-compliant paint booth, managed OSHA training, and ensured regulatory compliance.

Implemented process improvements that resulted in maximizing processing capacity by 100%, while eliminating bottlenecks and reducing overall maintenance costs.

Tested, evaluated, and selected a paint supplier that meets EPA criteria and vital performance metrics.

Due to observed and reported safety concerns, researched and presented to the management team an exhaust system to eliminate shop diesel exhaust; procured with 45% cost savings.
