San Joaquin Housing Authority June 1995 - June 2005 Senior Supportive Services Specialist Stockton, CA The senior supportive services specialist is responsible for, but not limited to the 5 major components of education, employment, substance abuse, computer training and family awareness to low income families. There were 4 centers, which is based in Conway Homes, Sierra Vista Homes, Thornton Homes and Tracy Homes, all of the San Joaquin County. In duration of my employment, I was successful for placing over 20 residents from the 6 month training program into employment, 30 residents in receiving their G.E.D and youth who decided to go back to school instead of running the streets. The housekeeper is responsible for preparing the laundry carts for the beginning of the work day in order to provide excellent customer service, as well as cleanliness to 12 vacant and\or stayover rooms and its surrounding areas for the guest of the hotel. In stayovers, the housekeeper is responsible for changing linen and making bed(s), wiping down furniture, television and appliances, replace condiments and cups, wipe ice bucket, provide new towels, toilet paper and kleenex, empty trash, clean restroom, sinks as stated above, vacuum, and leave thank you card. The laundry consist of preparing linens and towels, by placing into washers for washing, dryer for drying, folding and putting away. the sheets are sent through the mangle then put away. After putting all items away, it is our responsibility to wipe inside and outside of washers and dryers, shelves, walls, if needed, emptying trash, sweeping and mopping floor and wiping down the mangle machine. Follow MSDS sheets, safety rules and other related duties as directed by supervisor.

In a kitchen atmosphere, the dishwasher is responsible for collecting all food trays, plates, bowls, glasses and utensils from the dining area(s), and by placing onto food racks. Duties include, but not limited to cleaning and disinfecting all tables and chairs, rinsing dishes and pots\pans in order to separate. It is the dishwashers responsibility to help cook when needed, set up trays, place bowls, utensils and glasses on tables, then carry out prepared food carts to dining area for clients of the convalescent hospital. It is very important to follow MSDS sheets and safety rules. Other related duties are performed at the request of the cook or supervisor.
