I would like to introduce myself, my name is Henry Picagli, I have worked in the Chemical Dependency field for the last 8 years, the first 3.5 years had been as a counselor in a Women s Residential facility, the next 3 years as a counselor in a Men s Residential Facility, and the last 2 have been as an Assessment/Intake Counselor for a Residential/IOP facility. I have a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology. I have a Chemical Dependency Counselor s Assistant Certificate from the state of Ohio. I have been an Exceptional Student Educator in the Palm Beach Public School System for 4 years, working with special needs students. In addition I have spent 25 years in the Food Service industry in positions from owner, Ma tre d, Food and Beverage Director, General Manager, Bartender and server.

My wife and I have six children from 22-30 years of age, our youngest is currently serving in the United States Marine Corps as a Sargent and stationed at Camp Lejeune. We are currently planning on relocating to the Jacksonville/Topsail area in the next 4-5 months. I would consider it an honor and privilege to serve in some capacity to help the men, women, and families who protect our country.
