RESPONSIBILITIES

Designing Graphics According to P&ID in TELVENT SCADA.

Experience in Design and process control of Gas pipeline from TELVENT SCADA.

Configuring of Telvent and SCADAPACK 535E RTU.

Designing Individual station HMI Graphics According to P&ID daigram for RTU by using Vijeo Lite and Vijeo Schneider Configurator.

Configuring of IO tags in RTUs Based on IO Channel assignment.

Establishing Communication between Various Third party Devices to RTU using RS232,RS485 and TCP/IP.

Establishing Communication Between all RTU station with Control Rooms.

Configuration of Hirschmann Layer L3 Managed and layer L2 Managed network switches.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

Installing Eckardt positioners for control valves.

Configuration of parameters As per the valves like ESDV,SDV,BDV and XV by using PACTWARE .

Adjusting the pointer spool rod to zero position by varying the potentiometer valve.

Commissioning the valve before conducting stroke test.

Conducting partial stroke test(PST) for each valve at valve presence.

Conducting PST again from DCS(FOXBORO) for open and close timing and mismatch.

Configuring of additional I/O tags in RTU.

Configuration F&G security devices to NSC Fire alarm panel by using NSC configurator.

Interfacing FAC panel communication with RTU.
