Prepares pre-approved items subject to cost/change orders not covered by approved budgets.
Coordinate and feedback to Concreting Division for any inspected panel needed immediate action and recommend joint solution.
Analyze, review & recommend solutions on construction related issues on the assigned task.
Ensures implementation of site cleanliness for construction area including warehouse on site/container vans.
Other construction related tasks as instructed by the immediate supervisor.
Turn-over of keys for completed/NOC units.
Prepares documents (construction logbook) needed for application of Certificate of Occupancy, permits, etc.
